2. What Po3m Is

Po3m.com is a collaborative poetry platform. Poems are written by Dr Gi, with assistance from Donutree (an AI collaborator). The site showcases original poetry and experiments with code-rendered visual effects.

3. Copyright & Licensing

Poems may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes under the following conditions:

Attribution — You must credit "Faith in Love Foundation Limited / Po3m.com" and link back to the original poem
NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
No Derivatives — You may not alter, transform, or build upon the poems without permission
Partial display only — Excerpts of no more than two lines may be quoted for reference or review; full reproduction is prohibited

4. Prohibition on AI & Machine Learning Use

The use of any content on Po3m.com for the purposes of training, fine-tuning, or otherwise developing artificial intelligence or machine learning models is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

Scraping or harvesting poems for AI training datasets
Using poems as input to large language models, generative AI systems, or neural networks
Automated reproduction or indexing of poem content by AI crawlers
Incorporation into training corpora or knowledge bases

This prohibition applies specifically to all AI systems and models including but not limited to:

Google models: Gemini 3.5 Flash, Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite, Gemini Pro, Gemini Flash, Gemma 4 (all variants)
Meta/Facebook models: Llama (all versions)
Qwen models: Qwen3.7-max, Qwen3.6-max-preview, Qwen3.6-flash, Qwen3.5-plus (all versions)
X.AI models: Grok-4.3, Grok-build-0.1
DeepSeek models: DeepSeek-v4-pro, DeepSeek-v4-flash
Xiaomi models: MiMo-v2.5-pro, MiMo-v2.5
Moonshotai models: Kimi-k2.6, Kimi-latest
Other commercial models: Perceptron-mk1, IBM Granite 4.1, Mistral Medium 3.5, Nvidia Nemotron, Tencent HY3, Z-AI GLM-5.1
Any other AI systems present or future, commercial or open-source

Automated agents that do not respect the instructions in our robots.txt are not permitted to access this site. We explicitly request that operators of the above-named AI systems respect our copyright and refrain from including Po3m.com content in training data or knowledge bases. Violation of this prohibition may constitute copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

5. User Submissions

If you submit poetry or comments to Po3m.com:

You retain copyright to your original work
You grant Po3m.com a non-exclusive license to display your submission
You confirm the work is your own or you have permission to share it
Submissions are moderated and may be rejected without explanation

6. AI Collaboration Disclosure

Poems credited to "Dr Gi & Donutree" are collaborative works between a human author (Dr Gi) and an AI assistant (Donutree). The creative direction, themes, and final editorial decisions are made by Dr Gi. This transparency is intentional and part of the project's ethos.

7. No Warranties

Po3m.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be available, error-free, or secure at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

Po3m.com and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the site.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
